Biden and Putin to discuss Russian military buildup, tensions with Ukraine, cybersecurity

President Biden is scheduled to speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a video call Tuesday morning. The high-stakes virtual summit is expected to address Russia’s military buildup, tensions between Russia and Ukraine and cybersecurity, among other priorities.
