Russia condemns U.S. over new sanctions bill

Russia is already considering how to retaliate as Washington moved one step closer to imposing new sanctions. Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said the move “defied common sense” and would only worsen relations. He warned that the two countries are now steering into uncharted territory.
