Russian troop buildup would allow for invasion with little warning

There are now more than 20,000 Russian troops positioned near eastern Ukraine, equipped with tanks, artillery and aircraft. The Russians are calling the buildup military exercises, but U.S. officials aren’t taking their word for it. David Martin reports.
